El Preferido de Palermo es un reconocido bar de tapas y bodegón de barrio en una de nuestras esquinas históricas donde frecuentaba el famoso escritor argentino Jorge Luis Borges. Pablo Rivero, dueño de la premiada parrilla Don Julio y el reconocido cocinero Guido Tassi reabrieron sus puertas para brindar servicio durante todo el día, es un lugar donde podés almorzar, merendar, cenar o simplemente picar una tapa con un vermut al paso. Así fue que fusionamos el restaurante con el bar proponiendo diferentes tipos de sitting, en mesas y en barra. Realizamos una remodelación del espacio manteniendo la esencia del clásico bodegón argentino, respetando su ADN, pero aggiornado. Es un proyecto de restauración con la intención de reivindicar nuestra identidad porteña.
El Preferido de Palermo is a renowned tapas bar and “bodegon” in one of our historical corners, frequented by the famous Argentine writer, Jorge Luis Borges. Pablo Rivero, owner of the award-winning Don Julio grill and the renowned chef Guido Tassi, reopened its doors to provide service throughout the day. It is a place where you can have lunch, tea, dinner or simply take a tapa with vermut on the go. We merged the restaurant with the bar, offering different types of sitting, at tables and at the bar. We carry out a restoration of the venue keeping the essence of the classic Argentine “bodegón”, respecting its DNA, but improving it. It is a restoration project with the intention of recovering our city identity.
